This country gentleman and photographer lives and works out of Florence.
With his education (degree in political Science) and knowledge of languages (English, French and German), this 47-year-old could well have become a career diplomat.
His photographs appear regularly in many magazines such as Panorama, Io Donna, Gente Viaggi, Case & Country, and Wine Spectator. He often writes the articles that appear with his photos. His photos of the Castellare grape-harvest all have the same subject: faces. He was looking for the most characteristic features of Tuscany grapegatherers that are found with nearly the same features in Medieval and Renaissance paintings.
