Spartito

The twin of Canonico, even though made from Sauvignon blanc grapes, the most fascinating as well as the most difficult of white vines.
A wine for lovers of complex wines, rich of aromas, flavours and a long stuff even if from white berry.
To drink as you read a score of great music.
