First of all the official presentation of the highly anticipated <strong>2019 vintage of I Sodi di S. Niccol\u00f2<\/strong>, the Supertuscan by Castellare di Castellina, a historic Chianti Classico company. <!--more--><br><br>\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.castellare.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Castellare-di-Castellina_I-Sodi-di-S.-Niccol\u00f2-2019-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Castellare di Castellina_I Sodi di S. Niccol\u00f2 2019\" width=\"612\" height=\"341\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-11137\" \/><br><br>\r\n\r\nAfter the debut of the 2018 vintage on <strong>La Place de Bordeaux<\/strong>, the network of negociants that sells authentic icons of world enology, Castellare will present the 2019 vintage that promises to be particularly intense from an olfactory point of view, with a dense and elegant texture of sweet and silky tannins. <em>&#8220;The marked acidity typical of Sangioveto<\/em> &#8211; underlines the oenologist <strong>Alessandro Cellai<\/strong> &#8211; <em>gives great freshness to this vintage and makes it particularly pleasant and crunchy, with a long finish and great persistence&#8221;<\/em>. A wine that combines the elegance of an international vine with the power of a variety that expresses the very essence of Sicily.
