Our guests will spend a few hours discovering the identity of Rocca di Frassinello: a journey that begins with the discovery of the revolutionary architecture of Renzo Piano, then exploring the Etruscan Exhibition set up by Italo Rota, deepening the roots of the magical art of producing wine which, in these areas, dates back almost three millennia ago. The tour ends up with a tasting of our wines, which will be enriched by the opportunity to admire the creation of David LaChapelle, “Rapture of the Grape” realized by the great american photographer, inspired by the wines and the landscape of Rocca di Frassinello.
At the end of the visit of the Winery guests can visit the archaeological site “Rocca di Frassinello – San Germano”, which is freely accessible within the property, to further study the Etruscans and the wine culture of this people.
Rocca di Frassinello offers a number of unique spaces to organize business and private events.
A great barriquerie that can host exclusive dinners, concerts and other events. The pavilion, hosting David LaChapelle Rapture of the Grape, is an ideal setting for organizing company conferences and workshops. A special room to host technical tastings, but also managerial training courses focused on creating special wine blends.
Then, the great “churchyard”, a huge terrace surrounded by the green of Maremma, between vineyards and woods.
Ultimately, a place full of suggestive spaces, where you can organize your wedding too.
Rocca di Frassinello is proud partner of Wine Paths, international web site that features the best wine addresses in the region of Tuscan Maremma.
