ROCCA DI FRASSINELLO AT 54TH VINITALY WITH TWO NEW TOP WINES: ROCCA DI FRASSINELLO BIANCO AND ROCCA DI FRASSINELLO SAN GERMANO
During Vinitaly wine fair, Rocca di Frassinello will present two new top-of-the-range wines: Rocca di Frassinello Bianco – Maremma Toscana DOC, 100% Vermentino, and Rocca di Frassinello San Germano – a grand cru Maremma Toscana DOC from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and, in a smaller part, Sangioveto, harvested in the vineyards that grow on the hill of San Germano, where the vine was already cultivated 3,000 years ago by the Etruscans.

Castellare di Castellina is pleased to announce that I Sodi di S. Niccolò 2018, its historic Supertuscan blend of Sangioveto and Malvasia Nera, has been released today, on the 29th of March, by La Place de Bordeaux, the prestigious trade network which distributes the most renowned fine wines in the world.

CASTELLARE DI CASTELLINA I SODI DI S. NICCOLÒ 2017 AND ROCCA DI FRASSINELLO BAFFONERO 2018 IN THE TOP 10 OF THE BEST RED WINES IN THE WORLD
There are two wines of the Domini Castellare di Castellina group in the top 10 of the best Italian reds. I Sodi di San Niccolò 2017 by Castellare di Castellina, historic Chianti Classico winery, and Baffonero 2018 by Rocca di Frassinello in the Tuscan Maremma are in fact at the top of the annual ranking released by the Italian magazine Gentleman which adds up the ratings of the main Italian wine guides and those of the four most authoritative international evaluators (Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate by Robert Parker, Vinous by Antonio Galloni and James Suckling.com). I Sodi di San Niccolò 2017 won 6th place, with 665 total points, followed by Baffonero 2018, ranked 7th with 656.83 points.
