BAFFONERO CLUB FOR PROFESSIONALS
Mid-March saw the exclusive annual appointment at Rocca di Frassinello for the most prestigious Italian operators within the trade, who have acted as ambassadors for the philosophy and quality of Baffonero throughout Italy.
The members were our guests for two days at the winery, and it was in the very barrel cellar designed by Renzo Piano that the tasting en primeur of the new vintage took place guided by the Winemaker, Alessandro Cellai.
Club membership privileges include the unique opportunity to take part in a preview tasting of the new vintage of this extraordinary wine, born in 2007 to challenge Masseto – the world-famous 100% Italian Merlot. The challenge continues with success, mirrored by the success of the members at their elite restaurants.
