With these words Alessandro Cellai, oenologist and CEO of the wineries Castellare di Castellina, in the Chianti Classico, Rocca di Frassinello in the Tuscan Maremma, Feudi del Pisciotto and Gurra di Mare, in Sicily, describes the harvest still in progress in the 4 estates.
