A straw-yellow wine characterised by rich apple and pear notes, which render it instantly recognisable and appreciated. The taste is warm and dry, slightly tannic and displaying a citric aroma.
Ideal paired with medium-aged cheeses and suitable for combinations with fish cuts such as tuna or swordfish.
